    WHAT:The 59TH Annual National Day of Prayer“Pray Day” – 05 / 06/ 10
    WHO:The Operation Andrew Group, an interdenominational Christian ministry, and the YMCA of Middle Tennessee have joined together to assist and encourage the citizens and churches in our area to participate in the National Day of Prayer.

    OVERVIEW:The Operation Andrew Group and YMCA of Middle Tennessee are partnering with the nation in prayer on May 6th. Unite with your community and friends as the nation is called to prayer. Gather at the Bridgestone Arena plaza, along with local leaders and pastors representing cultural and denominational diversity. Special guests, Jaci VelasquezKaren Peck and New River,Tina Hutchison, and Paris Delane, will add a variety of musical styles to the program. Awareness of the increasing needs in our community for shelter, food and hope for life is brought to us by the Nashville Resue Mission. People of all faiths are welcome as we express our thanks to God for the many ways He continues to bless our country and the greater Middle Tennessee region.

    Just when I was pretty ticked off at not being chosen for the Gerber House Party, I got the most informative email linking to their site about kids nutrition and healthy eating by email.

    Way to go Gerber!
